修复硬质合金模具裂纹的两大技术

硬质合金模具

目前修复硬质合金模具裂纹的两大技术根据预处理是否改变材料本身成分又分为两类：

一、是不改变材料本身的成分和结构，仅仅是在制造过程中在材料内部预先置入修复微结构，当使用过程中产生裂纹后，微结构产生修复剂修复裂纹；

二、是调整硬质合金模具材料成分或结构，在材料中预先加入特殊成分，当裂纹产生时，这些特殊成分向裂纹处转移修复裂纹。

在硬质合金模具产生裂纹后进行修复处理。分为人工修复和自修复。人工修复一般是采用能量补给的方式进行修复，内裂纹需要外界因素的作用才可以修复，如加热、加压、变形等。具体技术主要有脉冲电流修复、钻孔修复流修复、加压高温修复、变温修复等。自修复主要是拟生修复。
