如何维修硬质合金模具的破损

硬质合金模具标准化体系包括四大类标准，即：模具基础标准、模具工艺质量标准、模具零部件标准及与模具生产相关的技术标准。

模具标准又可按模具主要分类分冲压模具标准、塑料注射模具标准、压铸模具标准、锻造模具标准、紧固件冷镦模具标准、拉丝模具标准、冷挤压模具标准、橡胶模具标准、玻璃制品模具和汽车冲模标准等十大类。

目前，中国已有50多项模具标准共300多个标准号及汽车冲模零部件方面的14种通用装置和244个品种，共363个标准。这些标准的制订和宣传贯彻，提高了中国模具标准化程度和水平。

随着国际交往的增多、钻石拔管模具国产化工作的发展以及三资企业对其配套模具的国际标准化要求的提出，一方面在标准制订方面注意了尽量采纳国际标准或国外先进国家标准，包括采纳先进企业的标准;另一方面许多模具标准件生产企业根据市场需要，除按中国标准生产模具标准件外，同时也按国外先进企业的标准生产模具标准件。

如何维修硬质合金模具的破损：

任何硬质合金模具在使用一段时间后，其内部零件会逐渐磨损以致被损坏，造成硬质合金模具工作性能和精度降低，由于操作者的粗心大意及维护使用不当，也会使硬质合金模具被破损或产品质量下降，甚至造成停产，如何排除及避免这些故障发生，这就需要钨钢冷镦模钳工数量掌握有关模具修理技术，做到随时发生故障，能随时处理和修复，使其能尽量地恢复正常使用，已发挥模具*大的潜能。

良好的可焊接性：高密度合金可以用铜、银焊接料进行钎焊，可进行电镀。
