硬质合金冷镦模是用粉末冶金方法压制烧结而成的高硬度、高强度的合金材料，广泛用于生产加工领域。冷镦模具在承受冲击或强冲击的耐磨工作条件下，其共性是要求硬质合金有较好的抗冲击韧性、断裂韧性、疲劳强度、抗弯强度以及良好的耐磨性。

那么冷镦模主要用在哪些行业哪些方面呢？

硬质合金冷镦模主要用于：各种金属及非金属粉末的模压及冲压，压缩率大的钢棒、钢管拉伸，较大应力下工作的额顶锻、穿孔及冲压模具，机器配件、模芯、制作冲压模具，如冲压手表零件、乐器弹簧片等；冲制电池壳、牙膏皮的模具；小尺寸钢球、螺钉、螺帽的冲压模具、耐冲击锻造模具及制作标准件、轴承、工具等行业的冷镦、冷冲、冷压模具；弹头和弹壳的冲压模具。

硬质合金冷镦模的使用范围比较广吧，生活中许多东西在它生产的时候都会用到这些模具。

冷镦模要求模具材料具有较高的强度、韧性和耐磨性。通常选用中、高钴和中、粗晶粒合金*号，因此在选择合*牌号时，需要根据加工对象及加工工作条件来满足特定使用要求。
